Aim – The session aims to bring to life the reality of how and why a minority of young people experiencing ASD/ADHD and ADD respond to mainstream education and generic behavioural policies.
Through 25yrs experience of working with vulnerable young people including looked after children, individuals drawn into terrorism, crime, substance misuse and gangs the training will aim to challenge the mainstream thinking of behavioural policy in replacing this with innovative and effective strategies.
Outcome – At the end of the session professionals will feel challenged, inspired and willing to embrace change.
